Do you have friends or family sitting on the fence in their relationship with Christ — maybe even openly resistant to the idea that there is a God who truly cares for them? Then you won’t want to miss bringing them to this very special Sunday morning gathering. \n“Through many troubles\, toils and snares\, I have already come…”\nOn Sunday\, March 15th\, we won’t be meeting in homes. Instead\, we’ll be joining our dear friends at the Lighthouse on Columbia and 7th Ave. \nWe’re thrilled to welcome a longtime friend of the Vineyard and the Tombe family\, Morgan Ap Fardd (Varth)\, a Welsh-born man whose heart was won over to the Lord deep in the wilds of Knights Inlet\, fresh from his descent from Mount Waddington and his reading of God’s Word. That was on October 25\, 1993 and in the midst of a special season and move of God’s Spirit on Vancouver Island. \nThat first year of the “Welshman’s” new life (1994) was formative — not only for Morgan\, but for many friends and believers in Campbell River. From the day of his conversion\, God set him on a path from which he has never turned back. With wholehearted devotion\, Morgan has given himself to studying\, loving\, and serving the Lord throughout the Western Hemisphere. \nMore than anything\, Morgan loves Jesus and delights in sharing the Good News of God’s love and salvation. \nDoors open early. The services begin @ 10:30 am and again @ 6:30 pm. The evening service will present with a deeper testimony of Morgan’s life and journey into the Christian faith. Come one\, come all. DESCRIPTION:As we step into January 2026 we are coming together as a Canadian Vineyard Family to engage in a rhythm of corporate fasting and prayer. This year as we head into a season of transition with our National Team\, our prayer focus will be influenced and shaped by some of the significant upcoming shifts that will impact the way we operate into the future as a family. \nIt seemed prudent to carry forward last year’s theme – “A People of the Way” into the ‘26 calendar – “A People of the Way – the Journey Continues.” \nA few overarching threads from 2025 that we sense the Lord highlighting for us to stay attentive to in 2026; \n\n\nWalk don’t run – the Lord’s timing & pacing is perfect we are to lean into trust \n\n\nGod’s ways are not ours – Isaiah 55:8-9 need to be led by the Spirit’s wisdom and understanding \n\n\nStaying rooted John 15 & attentive to our roots  Psalm 1-  our values drive our posture – & we are called to be a people of the Way of Jesus \n\n\nDesire fruit that remains\, the invitation to remain faithful to the main and the plain of journeying with Jesus \n\n\nThe reminder that warfare is real & we struggle not against flesh & blood – (Ephesians 6:12) We are called to lean into Godly wisdom\, character\, discernment & humility to avoid the enemies’ schemes. \n\n\nDavid Ruis’ January reflection drawn from Acts 13:1-3 helps to clarify the posture we are leaning into throughout this time of fasting & prayer. \n“Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas\, Simeon called Niger\, Lucius of Cyrene\, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul.
