DESCRIPTION:Everyone welcome! For two weeks\, Sunday Sept 12th and Sunday Sept 19th\, beginning @ 10 am\, we are gathering at the REX Hall. Corner of 4th and Seymour in Downtown Kamloops. \nWhat is it going to look like? Hopefully it’ll present as an encouraging gathering of the faithful\, a worshipful\, prayerful\, reflective and celebrative connection of people with one another and with God. Doing what we can\, to offer a little something for everyone; engagement that’ll include the children in our worship\, the celebration of the Eucharist (LORDS Supper)\, prayer and children’s activity tables (something to keep them occupied when things are feeling just a little distracting). \nWe’re Streaming LIVE\nIF you can’t meet with us in-person\, join us ONLINE.\nFacebook Public\nFacebook Group\nYouTube \n__________________________ \nMany hands help lighten the workload. We’re looking for people to help with setup\, takedown\, cleanup\, greeting. Please contact Connie Smith and Debbie Tombe to find out how you can help serve. Please email\, info@kamloopsvineyard.com or call the office at 250-828-1690. \n__________________________ \nThe BC Health Ministry specifically exempts the church in the following: \n“All worship services (and receptions following services) are exempt from the mask mandate and the requirement for proof of vaccination. In addition\, any public meetings held in faith-based settings that have a worship component such as youth groups and pastor meetings or essential services like NA/AA group meetings\, warming and cooling centres\, or providing food to people in need\, are also exempt from the mask mandate and proof of vaccination requirement.” \nUnder such exemptions the VINEYARD will not be mandating mask requirements beyond the entry into our worship space\, or require proof of vaccination. However\, we do urge all participants to be respectful of people wearing masks and trying to exercise social distancing constraints. Ask for permission to approach another person inside 2 meters. Be respectful of one another and consider the use of a mask\, and\, esp. when you are saddled into extended conversations or prayer with people\, and esp. among those who present with compromised vulnerabilities. \nMasks will be made available at the point of entry and upon your request. Hand-santizers and wipes will be accessible at entry station and washroom. \n__________________________ \nSuffice it to say\, “IF you or anyone from your household is experiencing cold\nor flu-like symptoms you are encouraged to stay home.”
