Let’s Go Camping @ Herald Provincial Park. August 19th, 20th and 21st. (Fri – Sun)

August 19, 2022 - August 21, 2022

We’re gathering at Herald Provincial Park, August 19th – 21st!
Join us for an event, a whole day, or the whole weekend!!

Everyone is welcome, bring your friends, neighbours, and families and come join us for a hike, some beach time, worship or a group meal.If you plan to join us for the Shared Family Picnic please let Debbie or Karen know as burgers, hotdogs, buns and condiments will be provided.

Friday- August 19- 2:00 PM
Beach and Water Games-Main beach by playground
Fun for young and old, corn hole, watermelon polo, relay races, giant bubbles and so much more.  Come join the fun or just come and watch.

Saturday-August 20th 11:00 AM
Hike to Margaret Falls-Meet at the campground bridge 
Join us for a leisurely hike to Margaret Falls and back, bring your own snacks and water bottles, if needed.  This is a beautiful short hike suitable for all skill levels and stroller friendly. 
Saturday-August 20th 4:00-5:00 PM
Beachside Group Worship c/o Brent Bylsma-South end of main beach 
Join us for a casual time of worship in the open air before our group picnic.
Saturday-August 20th 5:30 PM
Shared Family Picnic-South end of main beach 
Everyone is welcome, bring your friends, bring your neighbours, and bring something yummy to share.  Burgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments will be provided.  Please bring a side dish or two to share with everyone, your own eating utensils, drinks, and chairs or picnic blankets. Please let Debbie or Karen know if you plan to participate in the group meal.
Saturday-August 20th 8:00 PM
Late Night Campfire Snack-Site H1
Homemade campfire Apple Fritters by Walter, Sue, and Karen.  Feel free to bring your own s’mores supplies or other treats to share if you want.
